These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Lambda Media, LLC (“Lambda Media,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services and Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Lambda Media provides business-to-business services including:
Web design and development
Business registration and branding
CRM setup and business automations
SEO, paid ads, and social media marketing
Appointment booking, analytics, and strategy consulting
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent and are legally able to enter into this agreement.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete business information
Cooperate during the onboarding and consultation process
Approve designs, content, and deliverables in a timely manner
Make payments on time as agreed upon
All pricing is customized and provided during a consultation. Payment terms, due dates, and refund policies will be clearly communicated in your service agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment.
All materials, designs, and content created by Lambda Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials for your business.
By opting in to receive SMS messages:
You consent to receive promotional offers, reminders, and updates
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message
Message and data rates may apply
Message frequency will vary
You confirm that you are the authorized user of the phone number provided
We may terminate or suspend access to our services for any user who violates these Terms. Clients may also terminate services in accordance with their written agreement.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes from marketing campaigns or website performance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lambda Media shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Santa Barbara County, CA.
